The order was a bit delayed due to Christmas but the team were very good at getting back to me with an update. When the product arrived, it did make a great and unique present!
I ordered 2 items. This item & the ninja tee holder. The products are great! The issue I had was I emailed y'all THREE times to ask about shipping. NO REPLIES TO ANY OF MY EMAILS!! I love the teeholder as it is quite quirky and does the job. The only thing that needs improving is the timescale for delivery. This order is my second; my first was for a present for someone, but as it took 10 days to deliver, I had to give it to them as a belated gift. I received an email shortly after ordering, stating that it had been dispatched. I naturally assumed I would receive it within a couple of days, not in 10 days. The second time I paid extra for postage hoping it would arrive quicker, but it still took far too long. I think you should state on your website how long the delivery period will be, rather than sending an email saying it has been dispatched, leading the buyer to expect it in a couple of days. Expectations in terms of delivery were not met but there was excellent customer service and the item is great.
